The Most Powerful Motivational Video – 24 Hours to Act!

You Only Have 24 Hours—What Are You Doing With Them?

If you only have 24 hours in a day,
your success depends entirely on how you use those 24.

You gotta hear me.

People talk about Oprah Winfrey, Ted Turner, Warren Buffett…
Listen to me. I don’t care how much money you make—
you only get 24 hours in a day.

And the difference between Oprah and the person who’s broke?
Oprah uses her 24 hours wisely.
That’s it.

You get 24.
I don’t care if you’re broke.
I don’t care if you grew up poor.
I don’t care if you’re rich, in college, or never went.
You. Only. Get. 24.

I blew up.
Literally.

I went from being a high school dropout
to selling 6,000 books in less than six months.

What changed?

My 24 hours.

I said to myself,
"Okay Eric, you gotta get a grip on your 24 hours,
or you're gonna be broke for the rest of your life."

And here's what I want from you.

Write down your 24-hour schedule.
Let me look at it—
and I can tell you everything about your life.

I can tell you where you’ll be in 5 years.
In 10 years.
In 20 years.

Just from your schedule.

🎵
Clock ticking loud, but I’m not afraid.
Every second a choice that I’ve made.
Lights cut the dark, I’m chasing the glow.
In these 24 hours, I’m ready to grow.

Hands on the wheel, I’m driving my fate.
No time to stop, I can’t hesitate.
Building my future, brick by brick.
Gotta make these moments stick.

We’ve got 24 hours to shine.
Every heartbeat in the line.
Rise like the sun, don’t let it fall.
This is the moment—we’re taking it all.

🎵

Every second is a choice.
Every hour is a chance.

You have 24 hours—
just like everyone else at the top.

What will you do with yours?

Mark Was the Guy Who Made Everyone Laugh

Mark was the guy who made everyone laugh.
No matter how bad someone's day was, he always had a joke, a smile, or a light-hearted comment. People loved being around him. He had this energy that made the world seem brighter.

But what no one knew was that Mark's world was anything but bright.

At home, his parents argued constantly. He barely slept at night, drowning in worry about things he never spoke about.

One day, during lunch, his friend Emily noticed something different.
Mark was laughing... but his eyes seemed tired.

That night, she sent him a simple message:

"Hey, I just want you to know that if you ever need to talk, I'm here."

Mark stared at the message for a long time.
He had never told anyone how he felt. But in that moment, he realized something:

Maybe he didn't have to carry it all alone.

The next day, he sat next to Emily, and for the first time, he let someone in.

Because sometimes, the strongest people aren’t the ones who never fall...
They’re the ones who finally let someone catch them.

This approach makes the journey less overwhelming and allows you to celebrate small victories along the way. It's not just about the destination, it's about the progress you make each day. Stay focused and disciplined.
Distractions are inevitable, but effective leaders prioritize their time and efforts to stay on track. It's about consistency over time. The small daily actions that compound into significant achievements. Now that we've explored achieving personal goals, let's shift our attention to maintaining a positive mindset and prioritizing mental health crucial elements for sustained leadership success. On the edge, I feel unstoppable. Every scar or badge I wear, proof of strength beyond compare.

The Price of Anger - #motivation #quotes #motivationalvideo

Jake was always quick to anger. Snapping at his family friends and even strangers.
One day after a particularly explosive argument with his best friend, his grandfather handed him a wooden board and a Bag of Nails.
"Every time you lose your temper, hammer a nail into this board," he said.
At first Jake hammered dozens of nails a day, but as time went on he began to realize the effort it
took to hammer each nail.
He started controlling his anger eventually, he went an entire week without driving a nail into the board. Proud he showed his grandfather who smiled and said "Now for each day you control your temper remove a nail."
Jake did as he was told finally the board was free of nails.
"Now, look at the board." his grandfather said
"You may have removed the nails but the scars remain harsh words and anger leave
wounds even after apologies. Be mindful of the marks you leave on others."
tears welled in Jake's eyes as he realized the damage he done to his relationships that day he vowed to choose kindness over anger.
